TEIM (Track and Electricity Integrated Monitoring System) is a comprehensive real-time monitoring system for outdoor turnout equipment, which integrates work and electricity. Through expert level trend analysis, it realizes intelligent diagnosis and trend analysis prediction of railway engineering electrical status, ensures train safety, and achieves equipment status. At the same time, the system incorporates all data into the centralized signal monitoring system, which is a subsystem of the centralized signal monitoring system and achieves interconnection and intercommunication with the interface of the centralized signal monitoring system.
The TEIM turnout integrated monitoring system consists of an outdoor part and an indoor part. The outdoor part consists of detection sensors and trackside electronic detectors, while the indoor part consists of communication interface conversion modules, station application management stations, etc. The equipment is located in the mechanical room.
The detailed functions of TEIM are as follows:
·Monitoring of switch machine conversion force;
·Monitoring of gap offset of switch machine;
·Monitoring the vibration level of the switch machine passing through the vehicle;
·Temperature and humidity monitoring during the operation of the switch machine.
·Stress damage monitoring of switch machines and their turnouts
·Monitoring of the adhesion/repulsion between the basic rail and the sharp rail, as well as the point rail and the wing rail;
·Monitoring the vibration of the track;
