From January 30th to February 1st, in order to look back on our past hard work, commend our outstanding style, and unite our team, all colleagues of Senther went to Zhaoqing, Guangdong to hold a year-end party and tourism team building activity that combines ceremony and fun. During the three days, everyone took a break from their busy work and relaxed in the mountains and waters of Lingnan. On January 30th, all employees arrived in Zhaoqing one after another, accompanied by the warm winter sun in Lingnan, starting this long-awaited gathering journey. After a brief rest, the year-end party officially kicked off in a warm and enthusiastic atmosphere that evening. The commendation segment is the highlight of the evening party. Multiple awards were presented on site, including the 10-year employee award, excellent employee award, and technological innovation award, to recognize individuals and teams who have adhered to their original aspirations, fulfilled their duties, and been brave in innovation over the past year. The award-winning representatives took the stage to share their work experience and growth insights, with words full of gratitude and progress, conveying the spirit of all the beautiful women of Seko who are high spirited and brave to climb new heights. The thunderous applause from the audience is not only a congratulations to the winners, but also a recognition and tribute to every effort made.
The banquet and entertainment activities pushed the atmosphere of the scene to one climax after another. Exquisite cuisine filled the dining table, and everyone raised their glasses and drank together, freely expressing their understanding in work and warmth in life, shedding the busyness and fatigue of daily life. The next day, the team building tourism officially began, allowing everyone to immerse themselves in the spirit of the mountains, waters, and culture of Zhaoqing. Firstly, head to Qixingyan and take a boat ride through the lake and mountains. The seven rock peaks are arranged like the Big Dipper, and the cliff carvings complement each other. The lake water is clear and the scenery on both sides is beautiful. Everyone can enjoy the beautiful scenery while chatting about life and work, and laughter echoes on the lake surface. Subsequently, all colleagues rushed to Dinghu Mountain, the top of the four famous mountains in Lingnan. Here, with layers of mountains, towering ancient trees, and abundant negative oxygen ions, it is known as the "natural oxygen bar". Everyone walked along the mountain trail, breathing in fresh air, enjoying the waterfalls, springs, and lush forests, releasing work pressure while hiking, and enhancing mutual understanding while walking side by side.
During the trip, the company also carefully arranged team interactive games, randomly divided into groups to break down departmental barriers, and everyone worked together in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere to enhance team cohesion.
