The 835CA series product is a low-frequency vibration acceleration sensor that follows the CAN protocol and can synchronously measure three-axis accelerations that are perpendicular to each other. It uses variable capacitance MEMS silicon chips as sensitive components, and the output signal is proportional to the applied acceleration. This unique design enables the sensor to have high resolution and accurately capture extremely subtle acceleration changes, providing strong support for the precise measurement needs of various industries.

In terms of durability, the 835CA series performs well. The sensitive components and circuit components of the sensor are encapsulated in an anodized aluminum housing sealed with adhesive, effectively resisting interference and erosion from the external environment. The output connector adopts an M12 5-pin connector, and the signal ground is insulated and isolated from the test object through an anodized aluminum shell, further improving the stability and reliability of the product. In addition, the sensor can be installed with M4 screws or adhesive, and the installation method is flexible and convenient, suitable for various complex installation scenarios.

From the perspective of performance parameters, the 835CA series offers a variety of measurement range options, including different models such as ± 2g, ± 4g, ± 8g, etc., which can meet the diverse needs of measurement range in different application scenarios. The temperature stability of the product environment is achieved through a built-in temperature compensation circuit, which ensures the accuracy of measurement data even in environments with large temperature changes. Meanwhile, the accelerometer is powered by a 9-36V single ended regulated power supply, and its low power consumption makes it more efficient in energy utilization.

In the application field, the 835CA series three-axis CAN output acceleration sensor has a wide range of applicability. In OEM applications that require low-frequency measurement and reliable packaging, it can play an important role in providing critical data support for the precise operation of equipment. Whether it is equipment monitoring in industrial production, vehicle condition detection in transportation, or precision measurement in high-end fields such as aerospace, the 835CA series has shown great potential for application.

Senther Technology has always been committed to the research and innovation of sensor technology. The launch of the 835CA series three-axis CAN output acceleration sensor is another powerful proof of its technological strength. I believe that with the widespread application of this product, it will bring more accurate and reliable measurement solutions to many industries, promoting technological progress and development in related fields.
